A note about Yours Truly prepared items: this product was prepared and cooked in our kitchen at Hartmans, then vacuum-sealed and frozen for your convenience. This ensures a long life in your home freezer should you choose not to eat it right away. Simply thaw and finish the cooking process in your oven (or on the bbq, in your air fryer, etc.) following the directions on the package.
